- Must have 3+ years of enterprise development experience using PHP, HTML, XML, AJAX, CSS, SOAP, Javascript;
- Strong knowledge of Model View Controller(MVC) and frameworks like Symfony, CakePHP and Zend;
- Proficient in data modeling and RDMBS (MySQL, PostGreSQL) management;
- Proficient in SQL and relational database structures;

- Must also be knowledgeable in Linux, Apache, and version control system like SVN;

- Must have 3+ years of solid development experience of core .NET technology, OOP, ADO.NET, VB.NET and ASP.NET;
- Proficient in Object Oriented software design and architecture experience of using best practice (from Microsoft), design patterns, software framework development;
- Proficient in using Crystal Report 8.5 or higher or any equivalent reporting development tools;
- Familiar with the structure and operation of Microsoft IIS (6.0 and higher), Windows 2003 Application Server, Microsoft SQL Server 2005, MySQL;
